4.1 Platform Access. Browsing the informational content of PK998 does not require account registration. However, certain features or personalised tools, if made available, may require the creation of a user profile.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Where registration is required, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4.4 One Account per User. Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's account, or permitting third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
4.5 Right to Suspend or Terminate. PK998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, if these Terms are breached or if account activity is determined to be fraudulent, abusive or in violation of applicable law.
5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and read Content for informational and educational purposes. You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or otherwise contrary to these Terms.
5.2 Informational Nature. All Content on PK998 — including betting guides, bonus term explanations, cricket market overviews, payment references and illustrative PKR figures — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of gambling outcomes, a financial recommendation or legal advice.

6.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:
7.1 Illustrative Nature. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which PK998 operates. Where a specific jurisdiction applies, that will be communicated through any supplementary legal notices on the Platform.
13.2 Pakistani Law Notice. PK998 acknowledges that Pakistani users are subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform or participation in gambling activity is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for legal compliance.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by mandatory local law.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 PK998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
14.3 Where changes are material, PK998 will make reasonable efforts to notify users via a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
